The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering performance excellence, with a strategic mindset and a sharp commercial acumen. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams and maintain effective customer relationships. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be willing to travel to support projects as needed. A degree in Business Management or a related field is required, and while not essential, a degree-level technical education and product knowledge would be advantageous.
